Las Cruces Utilities Water Heater Rebate - The Broomfield Water Rebate Program promotes efficient use of water with incentives such as credits to be applied to your water bill. Applications that qualify will be processed beginning on May 1, 2020. Applications received before the date will be eligible for a rebate check. If the credits are greater than the amount of your bill, they will be carried over to the following billing period. Credits will be applied to the next invoices until the credits have been reduced. Customers who end service will receive a payment for the balance.
